Quatrefoil worked with the team at COSI to develop the Master and Interpretive Plan for the 35,000-square-foot Energy and Environment area of focus. Quatrefoil facilitated a kick-off workshop with COSI key staff during which the project vision, goals and needs were explored in the context of COSI’s overall visitor experience. Quatrefoil then used the findings from the workshop to guide the COSI team in creating a new model for experience development featuring these key design considerations: flexibility, partnerships, the teaching of critical thinking skills, and the social realm. COSI is using the plan in their development, grant-writing and fundraising efforts.
