Delta Cultural Center

Quatrefoil has designed several permanent or temporary exhibitions for the Delta Cultural Center. In 2000, we completed 10,000 square feet of new exhibitions for a museum expansion of the museum. In 2004, we designed and fabricated the temporary exhibitions “Louisiana Purchase” and “The Battle of Helena.” Recently, Quatrefoil completed “Songs of the Field,” a 1,200-square-foot display exploring how enslaved laborers in the Arkansas Delta used music to communicate their hopes and struggles. The exhibit includes audio listening stations, hands-on activities and an interactive projection. Together, these elements evoke mood and invite visitors to draw connections to many later musical genres.
